Attached to the end of the farm’s barn, No.2 Clematis Cottages offers a beautiful setting from which to enjoy your holiday or romantic short break with us. Set amidst its own gardens with private BBQ and seating area, the peace and tranquillity are only some of the reasons why your break will be one to remember!

Beautifully fitted and fully equipped to a very high standard, the kitchen features a built in fan oven and hob, dishwasher, integrated washer drier, and standalone fridge/freezer and microwave. The property is independently centrally heated and fully self-contained.

The main living area features natural local Clipsham limestone flooring, (complete with fossils!) exposed stone walls, under floor heating, oak beams, remote control TV and DVD. Enjoy a well deserved glass of wine whilst relaxing on the luxury sofa.

Set on solid oak flooring, the romantic double bedroom overlooks the living area through a feature wooden balustrade.
