The newly converted farmhouse annex is privately accessed and provides ground floor accommodation which can either be booked separately or taken in conjunction with any of the 3 Clematis cottages to provide an additional self contained bedroom and shower room.

The annexe benefits from under floor heating, broadband, full tea and coffee making facilities, separate larder fridge, TV with integrated DVD player, hairdryer, radio/C. The double bed has an orthopaedic mattress to ensure a beautiful nights sleep.

If taken individually it can be booked on a room only basis (2 night minimum) or alternatively is available for long term bookings if working locally.
