No. 3 Clematis Cottages sleeps 2 to 4 people in two large bedrooms,one super king,(zip and link with option to form two large singles) and one double. The Oak Barn is a green oak way framed building (English Heritage) constructed in the original way with beech dowels and a host of beautifully exposed beams. The cottage also benefits from low energy lighting, biomass heating, rainwater harvesting to the pond, innovative “green” building materials and looks out over open fields, woodlands and the Lodge Farm vegetable and fruit garden.
