Hollyhock Cottage is a home from home with many luxury features, the main cottage has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the fourth bedroom and ensuite is located around the back of the cottage with its own entrance for guests that love to retire to their own space and privacy.

We have high speed wifi throughout the property for those who like to stay in touch with the outside world but look for a place to stay where they can relax and unwind.

The cottage is furnished and decorated to a 5 star standard with comfortable seating in the lounge and dining area for guests to eat and relax together with underfloor heating throughout.

Beautifully fitted, and equipped to a very high standard, the kitchen/diner includes a built in family sized quality fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, water softener, microwave and double oven with hob and extractor over.

The farmhouse kitchen table provides comfortable seating for up to 8 adults. Enjoy breakfast with the morning sun shining in through the window in the vaulted ceiling.

The oak beams, part vaulted ceiling, and romantic living flame log burner provide a perfect country cottage backdrop to relax in the beautifully appointed spacious family lounge.

The downstairs oak beamed double bedroom comes complete with it’s own walk in wardrobe. Plenty of space for all those suitcases.

The double bedroom upstairs has been refurbished to include a fitted wardrobe, dressing table and double bed with a Memory Foam Aromatherapy mattress for a relaxing night’s sleep.

Upstairs, with cottage style sloping ceilings, the twin room features two high quality single beds, and double wardrobe.

Located between the two upstairs bedrooms, you’ll find the family bathroom.

Complementing the downstairs double bedroom the cottage also features a downstairs luxury shower, w.c. and washbasin. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail ensure you stay nice and cosy.

After a walk or cycle ride through the surrounding countryside the laundry/ boiler room, complete with Belfast sink, and Victorian style clothes airer is a very useful feature to any family holiday.

The fourth bedroom and ensuite is located around the back of the cottage with its own entrance and benefits from under floor heating, shower room, broadband, full tea and coffee making facilities, separate larder fridge, TV with integrated DVD player, hairdryer and radio. The double bed has an orthopaedic mattress to ensure a beautiful nights sleep.
